About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a Certified EMDR Therapist. I received my master’s degree in social work from Temple University’s School of Social Work.
For the past 14 years, I’ve provided psychotherapy to adults in a variety of treatment settings. I believe that therapy can benefit anyone, at any stage of life. It’s not only for those experiencing major challenges, but also for people who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships.
Therapy is an opportunity to gain deeper insight into your thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Caring for your mental health is just as essential as caring for your physical health, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space for every client.
When I’m not conducting therapy, I enjoy long-distance running, collecting and growing plants, and spending time with my family—my husband, son, daughter, and three cats!
My Approach
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, combining evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I tailor treatment to each person’s individual needs and goals, helping you process challenges, heal from trauma, and develop tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that healing happens through understanding and that deeper awareness can lead to greater resilience, confidence, and connection in your daily life.
As a Certified EMDR therapist with more than a decade of experience, I have a deep understanding of how both single traumatic events and complex trauma can impact your sense of safety and well-being.
Together, we’ll identify and reprocess “stuck” beliefs that may be holding you back. Through EMDR, CBT, and IFS, we’ll integrate more adaptive perspectives that foster lasting change, confidence, and peace of mind.
Whether you prefer in-person sessions in Philadelphia or the flexibility of telehealth therapy in Pennsylvania or Delaware, I’m here to support you on your path to healing.
